A Shift Towards Holistic Education
Having worked extensively in the educational industry, Kruthika recognises the need for a shift from traditional pedagogy to a more holistic and meaningful experience for students. She envisions replacing the confines of a four-walled classroom with the openness of learning under a tree or in nature. Moving beyond rote learning, her approach focuses on hands-on, experiential learning that enhances intellectual growth. But it doesn’t stop there — Kruthika’s approach also prioritises nurturing emotional development, ensuring that students grow not only academically but also emotionally and socially.
Kruthika believes in the holistic development of students, where learners gain a deeper understanding of life that goes beyond earning a livelihood. Her work with children incorporates the principles of Waldorf education, inspired by Rudolf Steiner, which emphasises creativity, imagination, and emotional well-being alongside academic learning.
